Ashley swam for the NRCA Knights this season. At the TISAC Conference Championship, she placed 3rd in the 100 & 200 Free (as an 8th grader)! At the NCISAA Div. 1 State Champs she placed 10th & 13th respectively in the 100 & 200 Free. NCPrepswimming.com recognized Ashley as the top female athlete for Class of 2030!
Ashley's performance during the 2025 long course season qualified her for the 2026 IMX Camp! The top-20 North Carolina athletes in each age/gender group are invited to attend the 2026 IMX CAMP to be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
Ashley is the 2025 N.C. Junior Triathlon Series Champion for the Female 13-15 age division. She won first place female in her age group in all four of the six series races she competed in, earning her the overall trophy.
As an athlete that had a top 5 finish in her age group (11-12) at the 2025 NCS Age Group Championship Meet, Ashley earned a Golden Ticket Invite to the 2025 NCS Select Camp to be held in Charlotte in April.
Ashley's performance during the 2024 long course season qualified her for the 2025 IMX Camp! The top-20 North Carolina athletes in each age/gender group are invited to attend the 2025 IMX CAMP to be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
Ashley had a great long course season! She was recognized along with her peers at the 2024 North Carolina Swimming Awards Banquet in Greensboro, NC for being both a 2024 NCS All Star and Top 5 swimmer. Just prior to the banquet she got to participate in the All Star Clinic hosted by NC State swimmer Ross Dant.
Ashley was the 1st place female and second overall finisher in the youth triathlon. She had a finishing time of 31:48 which was almost a 5 minute improvement over last year.
Ashley qualified for the 2024 Southern Zone Long Course Age Group Championship held in Midland, TX. She swam as part of the 11-12 400M Freestyle and 400M Medley relay teams which both won first place! She also scored points for the team in three individual events and North Carolina won the meet!
Ashley had a great championship meet! Top 8 in 5 events with 6 new PBs including 3 new AAA times. Several of these PBs are qualifying times from 2024 NC LC Senior Champs, 2025 NC SC AG Champs and 2025 Southern Zone (ESSZ) Sectional Champs (Age 13-14).

Ashley came in 1st place in the 11-14 age group. This was well above expectations given that she just turned 11 years old this year in addition to the fact that she was riding a 32 lb. mountain bike!
Ashley made the 2023 North Carolina Swimming Top 5 List for the following events.
